Lulu Seikaly is Senior Corporate Employment Counsel at Payscale, a leading SaaS firm specializing in compensation management. With over a decade of experience in employment law, she advises People leaders and executives on workplace compliance, pay equity, and transparency. Before joining Payscale, Lulu practiced management-side employment law at national and mid-size firms. Lulu is frequently sought out as a legal expert on pay transparency and employment laws by major media outlets, including CNN, CNBC, CBS, MSNBC, and Bloomberg, where she provides insights on evolving workplace policies and legal trends.
A first-generation Lebanese-American, Lulu previously ran for U.S. Congress in Texas’s 3rd Congressional District, seeking to become the first Lebanese-American woman elected to Congress from Texas.
Lulu is licensed to practice law in California and Texas. She earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, graduating on the Dean’s Honors List, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
