Mr. Tanous is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Lynx Investment Advisory, LLC. Over the course of his entire fifty-year career in the field of finance and money management, he was Executive Vice President of Bank Audi (U.S.A.) in New York City, the Chairman and Co-Founder of the international investment bank Petra Capital Corporation, and the manager of the Paris office and a member of the Executive Committee of Smith Barney International. He is the author of best seller Investment Gurus, The Wealth Equation and other notable works exploring the subject of economics and wealth management. Mr. Tanous received a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and served as an officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Tanous has served on several investment committees including those of Georgetown University, Lebanese American University and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He is a former chairman of the board of trustees of Lebanese American University and currently serves on the university’s board of trustees. Mr Tanous is the recipient of several award including the Order of The Cedar from the government of Lebanon, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and Georgetown University’s William Gaston Alumni Award.
