Training New Leaders
The Leadership Summit is ATFL’s flagship policy advocacy program for emerging professionals.
The Summit offers participants an in-depth look at how US policy toward Lebanon is shaped and provides opportunities to engage with policymakers on critical issues affecting the US-Lebanon relationship.
At the end of a two-day professional development experience, which includes a Lebanese Embassy reception and meetings with congressional offices on Capitol Hill, participants are invited to attend ATFL’s Annual Gala Dinner to meet with Lebanese American leaders and the Washington policy community.

Rising Leaders Program
Honoring Young Visionaries
ATFL’s Rising Leaders Program brings together outstanding Lebanese American professionals under 35 who exemplify leadership in public service, entrepreneurship, or arts.
At each ATFL Gala, we proudly shine a spotlight on our newest Rising Leaders cohort. Our young honorees are recognized on stage for their achievements, receiving a Certificate of Excellence presented by ATFL leadership and special guests.
