Kristen Kouttab is a nonprofit professional with deep experience in operations, organizational management, and strategic planning. As the Vice President of Administration, Kristen works closely with the President and COO to oversee administrative systems and support organizational priorities. She also leads the planning and execution of ATFL’s annual gala. In this role, she is responsible for cross-coordination between people, processes, and priorities, ensuring alignment across the organization and providing steady guidance through periods of transition and growth.
Before joining ATFL, she held senior administrative roles at the Moroccan American Center, where she supported executive leadership and managed internal operations.
Kristen holds a degree in International Studies from Colby College, where she graduated magna cum laude.
