Jenna Elaidy serves as a Program Coordinator at ATFL, where she supports high-level event coordination and executive operations and manages ATFL’s Next Gen Initiative. Jenna was born and raised in California by Palestinian and Lebanese parents. Her upbringing in a diasporic, interfaith household shaped her commitment to advocacy that centers intersectionality, accessibility, and cultural belonging.
Jenna brings five years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, and diaspora organizing across nonprofit, policy, and grassroots sectors. She previously served as Head Congressional Affairs Fellow and Executive Assistant at the Middle East Policy Council, where she coordinated legislative strategy, diplomatic convenings, and executive operations. Her internships at Islamic Relief USA and the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations centered on humanitarian policy, foreign assistance, and public diplomacy. Jenna is also a former Director of Community Outreach at Youth Advocates for Change, where she helped build national youth campaigns focused on equity, justice, and policy education.
Proficient in Arabic and French, Jenna has led advocacy workshops, interfaith initiatives, and inclusive programming on racial justice, US-Lebanon relations, and Middle East policy. She earned her B.A. in International Relations and Political Science in just two years from UC San Diego, with a concentration on Middle East Studies and Arabic, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is also an alumna of the University of California Washington Center (UCDC) Program and the UC Berkeley Academic Talent Development Program.
