Program Overview
As part of its NexGen initiative, ATFL is supporting outstanding young Lebanese American professionals in its
Rising Leaders Program. The program empowers early- and mid-career professionals to strengthen their
leadership skills and drive positive change within their communities
Connection and Community
For the duration of the program, participants will have opportunities to connect with Lebanese American community leaders.
Gala Recognition
Program participants will be recognized at ATFL’s Annual Gala Dinner on May 21, 2025 in Washington, DC.
Leadership Development
Develop leadership skills and propel careers in service to the Lebanese American community through mentorship, networking opportunities, and exclusive ATFL events.

Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
Applicants must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
Citizenship
Must be an American citizen of Lebanese descent and currently residing in the United States.
Community Service
Demonstrate dedication to community service, either in the United States or Lebanon, in a way that honors Lebanese heritage.
Professional Excellence
Demonstrate professional excellence in one of the three program categories listed below.
Program Categories
Public Service
Exceptional service in local, state, or federal government; humanitarian pursuits that demonstrate commitment to public welfare and community development.
Entrepreneurship
Excellence or innovation in business, science, and/or technology that demonstrates leadership and impact in their respective fields.
The Arts
Distinction in creative pursuits such as the visual arts, literary arts, and/or performing arts that showcase cultural heritage and artistic excellence.

Exclusive Networking
Access to exclusive ATFL events and direct connections with policy makers and community leaders.
Webinar Series
