Aya Harb is a global business development and client success executive with 17 years of leadership experience across higher education, financial services, and global mobility. She is Director of Business Development and Client Success at World Education Services (WES), where she leads commercial strategy, global growth, and cross-border partnerships, generating over $2 million in new business in her first six months. Previously at S&P Global, she managed a $150 million revenue portfolio, led international partnerships, and received the President’s Achievement Award in 2022.
Aya holds an MBA and MA in Government Affairs from Johns Hopkins University, a BA from George Mason University, and is a Certified Paralegal. The daughter of Lebanese immigrants from Tyre, she serves on the Board of the ASHERAH Foundation and is committed to expanding opportunities for immigrants, refugees, and underrepresented communities worldwide.
